We charge for each designed tooth. Five teeth cost €40 at the starter rate. If both free trial teeth are still available and used on that case, the CAD charge for the other three is €24. Full-arch cases use the same per-tooth rates; bars, frameworks and provisionals have no separate CAD charge.
